About Evolving Doors

Evolving Doors is a social impact–driven organization and community hub dedicated to unlocking the doors of possibility for changemakers, leaders, and entrepreneurs. We provide the strategy, resources, and inspiration needed to grow with purpose, equity, and sustainability, empowering our partners to create lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

While we collaborate widely, we intentionally prioritize projects impacting the Black community, other equity-seeking communities, and Black women–led initiatives. Our goal is to ensure their visions are resourced, amplified, and sustained.

Since 2017, we have been creating transformative programs, events, and strategies that help organizations and leaders thrive. At the heart of our work is well-being and sustainability. We believe strong, healthy leaders and communities are the foundation for lasting social change.

    At the same time, we nurture a long-term vision of transformational lifestyle programming that empowers women—especially those from underrepresented communities—to thrive through entrepreneurship, travel, wellness, wealth-building, and personal growth.

    Our community is especially for women who are lifelong learners with entrepreneurial and creative spirits. We are women who are here to live and thrive. We yearn for real connection with others, spiritual growth, and space to play, explore, discover/ re-discover themselves.

    Our focus is on uplifting women to becoming their ultimate self through entrepreneurship, travel, well-being and community.

Jessica Alina Rayne

Hi there! I’m Jessica Rayne—strategist, experience curator, community builder, and travel and well-being enthusiast. As a Strategic Partner, I am dedicated to cultivating social change, community prosperity, and well-being, I empower individuals and businesses to align their wealth with purpose and evolve into their vision.

I am driven by a mission to create positive social impact through education, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, personal growth, and holistic well-being. My expertise spans Strategic Business Planning, Community Engagement, Partnership Building, Funding & Fundraising, Arts & Culture, Events & Experience Creation, and Marketing & Branding.
